She  is a social change agent and leader who is passionate about increasing the standards of living of the underprivileged and the marginalized sections of society. Her strength lies in spending direct, real time engagement with the people at the grassroots level. Currently Arundhati lives in California, USA  with her husband where she has been actively involved in multiple community activities for the last two decades

She is a software professional in San Francisco, Northern California.  She is also a homemaker and committed to make a difference in the lives of under-privileged and underserved communities.

Gagan Acharya

He is deeply passionate about the causes that PromiseAFuture supports. This passion fuels his dedication to the role of Secretary, motivating him to go above and beyond to contribute to the success of Promise A Future. He lives in Dallas, Texas. He has a long career that spans into Finance, Technology, Business and Banking. He serves several non-profits, from outside and on their Board. 

Anjalika is a retired physician who has made San Jose her home for over 40 years. Deeply committed to giving back, she has spent more than three decades supporting and contributing to community and humanitarian projects both locally and in India. Beyond her involvement with PAF, Anjalika actively volunteers her time and energy with several organizations, including IASF, JKM, JCEC, Caring Hands, and others—always driven by a genuine desire to serve and uplift others 

Ramesh is a technology professional who, after more than 30 years in the field, is now dedicating his time and energy to his passion for philanthropy. He previously served as President of the Konkani Association of America and remains deeply engaged in community service. An avid hiker and marathon runner, Ramesh is an active member of several organizations and supports numerous projects in India, combining his love for service with an energetic and purposeful lifestyle.

Sweta Padma Dash is the Founder and President of Dash-Insights, a Silicon Valley–based market research and consulting firm, bringing over 30 years of expertise in global display and market technology research. A writer, poet, and international speaker, she combines strategic insight with a global outlook. Guided by her lifelong study of Vedanta, Sweta is deeply committed to self-awareness, education, and community service. She actively supports educational and philanthropic initiatives in Odisha through Mo-School, Mo-College, Promise a Future, and IASF, and is an engaged member of the Odisha Society of the Americas (OSA).

Originally from California, Ryan enjoys golfing, traveling and attending sporting events all over the country. Currently lives in Florida with his girlfriend and new mini golden doodle puppy.

Most of Ryan’s free time is spent reading or being outside with friends and colleagues.
